About High Grown Tea:
High grown teas have been native to the highest region of Sri Lanka at 6000 ft from the sea level. Hailing from a mountainous zone and relocated at a specific location, high grown has a unique disposition all the way from plucking level through to the estate up to the time of tasting. Enriched with the requisite sources of perfected climate, fertile loam and growing around spectacular mountains and meadows, keeping the high grown teas as a seal of perfection among Ceylon tea. Its uniqueness can be found throughout the main tri aspect of a Tea that are leaf, infusion and liquor. High growns are considered up country Tea which are cultivated in Nuwara Eliya, Uva, Uda Pussellawa and Dimbula.

Serving Instruction or Brewing Guidance:
Use one rounded spoonful of tea or 2gm of Tea in 125ml boil water per person. Steep for 4 to 5 minutes. This tea is best to enjoy plain or with milk.
